Unzip It
Double-click the zip to get a folder named tell.

Open Your Extensions Page
Paste chrome://extensions into the address bar.

Turn On Developer Mode
Flip the Developer mode switch in the top right.

Click Load Unpacked
Pick the tell folder, the one with manifest.json inside.

Pin It
Click the puzzle icon and pin Tell.

Open X
Lines show up under crypto posts right away.
